This is the finda careers centre which can be accessed from or or ("the Websites"). These websites are job sites operated by Finda Professional Services Ltd (“the Operator”).

This privacy policy explains how we use the personal information collected when you use our Websites.

If you register on the Websites as a company looking to hire staff or as part of an agreement with the Operator and provide us with personal data, we will process such personal data on the basis that it is necessary to do so to perform the contract you enter into with us.

Registration with and use of the Websites for job seekers is free. We will process your personal data on the basis set out below and with the sole purpose of supporting you with finding suitable work.

What Information do we collect about you?

We collect personal data about you when you register with the Websites. We do so to provide you with the recruitment services that are available through our Websites.

The personal data that we collect includes your name, email address and telephone number. If you are a job seeker we also collect details relating to the type of work your looking for, preferred locations and any compliance documents required for your application. If you decide to upload a CV, cover letter, personal statement or other similar document or information we will keep that information for as long you want to keep your account with the Websites.

If you choose to take any assessments available through the Website we will also maintain a record of your responses to and results of those assessments.

What do we do with your personal data?

By registering with the Websites it is understood that job seekers are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers and recruiters about potential job opportunities. If you are a job seeker we will therefore make your personal data available to recruiters and employers who use the Website to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill. Any 3rd parties who have access to your data have agreed to strict terms and conditions meaning they can only use your personal data for securing work. If they use your data for any other purpose it would be a breach of our contract with them and they would be liable to remedy any such breach.

Although the primary purpose of the Website is to allow job seekers, prospective employers and recruiters find each other, work seekers can fully control the personal information contained in your profile by logging into the system and editing or removing personal information. You can remove your data from our system at any time by logging into your account and deleting your profile. Once a profile has been removed it will leave an anonymous record of you on the system for application reporting reasons and in case of any future legal requirements to have a record of an application for example.

For job seekers, we will use your personal data to provide you with the recruitment services that we provide, to manage your account and to email you about recruitment services which, for job seekers, includes job alerts by email or text message.


If you register on the Websites as a job seeker we will only send you information which relates to our recruitment services if you specifically opt in to receiving such marketing. For job seekers who registered with the Websites prior to 28/5/18 you will have already opted in but will receive an email asking you to acknowledge this new privacy policy and opt in again. If you don’t opt in we will still store your details and send communications but you are free to have your data removed from our systems at any time by simply emailing, or

Data Sharing and Transfers

Save where it is necessary to do so to provide you with the Website's recruitment services and for the purposes of securing work in the case of a job seeker we do not share your personal data with third parties.

Your personal data is stored on our systems which are provided by suppliers who offer best in class security and protection for your personal details. If we share your personal data with any third-party service provider in the course of providing you with our services, those third parties are required to process your data in accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.

Will my information be used as part of automated processes?

As a recruitment services provider, certain aspects of the recruitment process can be automated. This includes using information and answers given by you to certain questions may be processed automatically to assess your suitability for a role.

Access to your information and correction

We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up-to-date so you have full access to your account where you can delete or amend any information that you think is inaccurate. Should you wish to delete your account please contact us by email, or  Amendments to your account can also be made online by signing in to your account or by contacting us.

We aim to provide you with useful work-related services for the whole of your career. However, you have the right to close your account at any time and have us delete all your personal information.


Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the Website, to compile statistical reports on Websites activity and to help us make recommendations that are relevant to you.

We also use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Websites. Those companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide you with advertisements about other goods and services that may be of interest to you.

You can contact us to request for your account to be closed at any time, which will be confirmed by us. Some details will remain on our systems for application tracking data or legal purposes, but this will be encrypted and contain no personal information.
