IT Support Technician – Hungerford
£28k to £35k DOE + Comprehensive Benefits + Training + Bonus
Full Time – Permanent

If you have experience in IT / Technical Support, working on an IT helpdesk, managed IT helpdesk or within a sales support or administration role working closely with a CRM, you enjoy problem solving and delighting customers, and are looking to be part of a global company, a true leader in its field, that really invest in your training and future, this could be for you.

Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…

• You will take direct ownership of software related issues, providing technical support and solutions for customers and users, via phone or webchat, this may be specific to a CRM product or for an assigned or dedicated client account.
• We want you to use your analytical and technical mind to troubleshoot and solve customer problems with the System and ERP products provided to customers.
• You won’t be alone –teams work collaboratively and are a friendly bunch.

What we need from you…

• Ideally, you’ll have Helpdesk or IT Support experience, however this isn’t essential if you have a keen interest and good solid knowledge of IT and computer systems. You’ll get superb training to set you up for success.
• Most importantly you will be analytical, technically minded, a problem solver and team player with excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience of working on a CRM system or providing managed helpdesk support previously advantageous for specialist roles but not essential for this team.
