If so, Dynniq are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join their Works Scheduling team based in Castleford – Leeds.

The Role

As a Works Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that all faults are rectified in the most efficient manner ensuring the correct resource is used and it is completed in a timely manner. You will be working in a service desk environment with alignment to regional depots and engineers in the field. Day to day you will ensure receipt of the intake of faults, planning, scheduling and dispatching of all faults to the engineers who will close off the fault.

 

We are recruiting for 2 different shift patterns within the Works Scheduling team either 4 days on and 4 days off rotation working 7am-7pm OR working a 7.5hrs shift between the hours of 6am-8pm Monday To Friday. For the latter role ideal candidates will be flexible to work early, mid and late shifts but could specify a preference.

 

 

Key responsibilities, skills and attitudes

  • GCSE level or equivalent education
  • Telephone call handling
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft – word, excel etc
  • Review data and take action in line with contractual obligations
  • The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Problem solving and scheduling skills
  • Organised, trustworthy and self-motivated
