We are looking for people who are confident administrators with excellent Microsoft and communication skills. The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be based in our Basingstoke Claims team where you will be responsible for providing a quality administration service, dealing with customer enquiries and supporting the team with a range of administration tasks. As part of the team, you will have excellent customer service and communications skills to build strong relationships with external and internal customers. You will contribute to team targets as well as meeting individual targets and will have to work to agreed standards to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and those willing to learn and further their skills. Previous administration experience is not essential but good IT and general administration skills including organisation and communication will be required.

  • Ability to build great working relationships
  • Previous administration and customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Minimum of a C at GCSE for English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Good level of numerical ability and competency
