Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…

You will take direct ownership of complex hardware related issues, providing technical support and solutions to our customers and users, via our case management system, phone or webchat.
We want you to use your analytical and technical mind to troubleshoot for customers and fix their issues, working closely with them to gather information and handle their expectations through to case closure.
You won’t be alone –teams work collaboratively and are a friendly bunch.

What we need from you…

You will have previous experience providing support for hardware related issues and have knowledge of IP telephony, networking and hardware infrastructure.
There are no scripts and some of the issues are unknown therefore you will need the dedication and desire to understand not only the problem but also to identify the root cause.
Most importantly you will be analytical, technically minded, a problem solver and team player with excellent communication and people skills.
