The Rose Road Association has been working with disabled Children young people and their families since 1952 and are recruiting for the following role:
JOB TITLE: Nurse
DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the provision of health care for young adults aged 18 years to 25 years, with PMLD and SLD within Avenues, our term-time Day Service with an educational element. You will be responsible for the on-going assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, providing skilled nursing care, advice and support.
Salary: Band 6 £31365 - £37890 pro rata
Hours: 0830 - 1600 term time only
