You will take direct ownership of software related issues, providing technical support and solutions to our customers and users, via phone or webchat.
We want you to use your analytical and technical mind to troubleshoot for our customers and fix their issues.
You won’t be alone – our teams work collaboratively and are a friendly bunch.

What we need from you…

Helpdesk or IT Support experience. You’ll get superb training on our systems and software to set you up for success with us.
Experience with Database architecture
Web related skills such as SOAP and Apache
Technical knowledge of systems environment and infrastructure such as Linux or Unix
Most importantly you will be analytical, technically minded, a problem solver and team player with excellent communication and people skills.
