Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…

• You will take direct ownership of software related issues with an ERP application.
• We want you to use your analytical and technical mind and programming skills to troubleshoot and solve customer problems by providing technical escalation for Frontline support.
• You will ensure calls are accurately investigated and the cause / symptom of problems are both identified and resolved
• You won’t be alone – our teams work collaboratively and are a friendly bunch. You will also use your developer / programmer skills and knowledge to guide and advise both colleagues and customers on issue and problem resolution and document this to produce written guidance to often complex and completely unique issues.

What we need from you…

• You will have computer programming skills in any of the following languages C++ (C-Sharp), C#, Java, JavaScript, .net, Visual Basic (VB), SQL, Python or similar
• Most importantly you will be analytical, technically minded, a problem solver and team player with excellent communication and people skills.
