Your new role:

You will develop successful working relationships with your assigned clients and manage the day to day delivery of remarkable recruitment results for them by doing the following:

  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day relationships with new and established client stakeholders.
  • Sourcing and delivery of qualified candidates using Boolean search techniques.
  • Weekly client reviews/reports to discuss service and delivery, producing management information on recruitment activity and performance against agreed delivery targets.
  • Ensuring client issues and requirements are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
  • Promotion and branding of finda across social media platforms
  • Teamwork is an incredibly important part of our culture and you will join a fun, friendly, collaborative and creative team.

Your experience will include:

  • Proven recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, RPO or In-house Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Role.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Experience of establishing and growing client relationships (not sales).
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Customer-focused team player with the ability to absorb complex information quickly.
  • A credible and professional relationship manager with an engaging style.
