Due to continued success we are now looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our newly established team located in our friendly and vibrant offices in Liverpool.

Our customer service advisors are the first point of contact for anyone who may need our professional support or guidance.

This role requires excellent communication and data capture skills alongside an enthusiastic, professional attitude.

Responsibilities to include;

  • Understanding the needs of clients, empathising and providing a high level of client care
  • Receiving incoming new enquiry instructions via telephone
  • Collating information with accuracy throughout the initial enquiry capture process
  • Assessing enquiries with a view to acceptance
  • Contacting clients and obtaining additional information to assist in the appropriate allocation of the file

About You;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to relate to people and build rapport with clients
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate
  • Good attention to detail

You will spend the majority of your time on the telephone talking to potential clients regarding their claims, building rapport and gathering the details required.

We have flexible shift patterns to suit your needs. A full time contract is 37.5 hours per week over 5 days and our offices are open Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm. Saturday shifts are worked on a rotation with a day in lieu.
