The business has carved out a specialist niche as the global market leader in the provision of specialist ERP solutions and systems for Car Dealerships around the world. With a T/O of over $2bn they are a fantastic business, but they want to do more through the development of new and innovative products that add value to anyone buying a car or commercial vehicle from one of their customers, anywhere in the world.

Purpose of role

Accountable for product strategy and product management for designated products in the portfolio. You will support and drive the overarching product strategy and play a key role in the development and direction of future products.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Be accountable for all product management, development and innovation within your designated product line.
• Responsible for the value proposition for the Products in your assigned portfolio
• Lead and manage the team who deliver product and features on the product.
• Foster innovation in team, products and processes to meet the current and future needs of the marketplace.
• Consulting with Product Management, Product Owners, Implementation Teams, Product Marketing, Clients and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountable for the financial performance of the assigned product portfolio.
• Support operational teams (sales, training, implementation and support) with product portfolio and developments.
• Represent the product in governance and investment decision meetings.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

• Planning and execution biased Leadership experience in product management in a technology environment.
• Experience of fostering innovation Understanding of product management activities, processes and frameworks in a technology environment.
• Experience of managing a diverse portfolio of products
• Experience of delivering products to revenue and profit success
