About the Financial Services Trainer Role

The key focus of the Trainer role will be the ongoing development of professional competence to ensure knowledge levels of staff across the business remain current. In addition, you will support advisers in their attainment of regulated financial services qualifications.

You will coordinate, deliver and write training plans for teams and individuals. You’ll be based from the offices in Horsforth, Leeds most of the time but may be required to travel from time to time to deliver training to staff in other locations.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Financial Services Qualification (Dipfa, CeMAP, CeRER, Cii, DipRFP etc)
  • Experience working within a regulated FS environment (Banking, Insurance, IFA, Wealth Management, Mortgages etc)
  • Experience of delivering training either as part of your role or as a full-time trainer
  • Excellent communication skills and development of presentations and training material
  • Good general IT skills and the use of Microsoft packages to create training materials
