Outbound & Inbound Call Centre Agent – Warrington - Permanent Role

Full Time or Part Time – Various Shifts available Monday to Sunday

Do you have experience of working a telephone-based role in either a call or contact centre type environment as a customer service, collections or complaints adviser?

Do you enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone and helping them with sometimes challenging situations?

Are you tired of working weekends and seeking a new opportunity with a great employer in Warrington?

If so, we are looking for experienced outbound and inbound collections, complaints and customer service advisers to join a fantastic financial services company based in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…

We have several positions available within the customer service, complaints and collections teams. These are telephone-based roles where your aim is to help and support customers who have questions, having difficulty paying monthly car finance or maybe have a complaint after purchasing a car using a car finance product. It’s very important that you take ownership for each case and see it through to the end with empathy and understanding being a key trait to be successful in the role. You will also be a confident and resilient as sometimes calls can be difficult with challenging customers.

These roles involve various shift patterns across Monday to Sunday. Some roles are Monday to Friday only and others do involve weekends and evening shifts so please apply and we can discuss the various options with you as part time hours are possible too and the rates of pay are different for each role.
