Have you previously worked as a customer complaints agent within a regulated environment such as  FCA, CRA, Ofgem, Ofcom or any other complaints team where a strict complaints procedure must be followed?

Do you enjoy working with customers to resolve issues and complaints within strict guidelines and time limits?

If so, we are looking for experienced Customer Complaints Agent to join a fantastic financial services company based in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…

You will be responsible for managing the company’s complaints process from the beginning to the end when a customer complaint meets the FCA and CRA guidelines. You will ensure any customer complaints are thoroughly investigated and a solution found as quickly as possible. In this role, we are looking for complaints agents who can build a strong rapport quickly, making sure that the customer trusts you to solve their issue. You will also build relationships with our dealer network to resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.  It’s very important that you take ownership for each case and see it through to the end with empathy and understanding being a key trait to be successful in the role.

This role involves a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm and 10am until 6pm on weekly rotation. No weekend work!

  • Previous experience in complaints
  • Ideally regulated complaints experience or at least working to a very formalised complaints process
  • Excellent communication skills
