About the Graduate Financial Services Job

We have 4 vacancies available in the central Bristol team. The graduate role is essentially a Customer Service and Admin role which covers a verity of tasks including speaking to customers on the phone alongside administration duties such as updating systems accurately, sending letters and emails to clients as well as a verity of other admin tasks.

You will deal with pensions and investments queries on behalf of customers so you must be confident talking to all kinds of people, including high net worth individuals and delivering an extremely high standard of customer service in every situation.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Personality

  • Genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
  • Good computer and systems skills including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and happy in dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Positive outlook so you see challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Any customer service or administration experience alongside your degree is beneficial
