About the Customer Service Administrator Job
We have 4 vacancies available in the central Bristol team. The Customer Service Administration role covers a verity of tasks including speaking to customers on the phone alongside administration duties such as updating systems accurately, sending letters and emails to clients as well as a verity of other admin tasks.
The types of job titles and experience we are looking for may include roles like pensions administrator, client assistant, legal assistant, investments administrator, accounts administrator, accounts assistant, insurance adviser, bank cashier, engineering administrator or anything else where you have supported a professional services business with customer service and or administration type tasks.
As a business we deal with pensions and investments on behalf of our customers so you must be confident talking to all kinds of people, including high net worth individuals and sometime demanding customers who require extremely high standards of customer service in every situation. Accuracy and attention to detail are also important as we are dealing with money so mistakes need to minimised for obvious reasons.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Personality
