Activities Worker – Disabled children and adults - Southampton & surrounding areas - £9 - £9.46 per hour (flexible hours)

We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.  We are seeking to recruit Great Activity/Play workers, someone with the right values and attitudes to work in the Activity Schemes? – could this be you?

This role is for hours during weekends and school holidays only. 

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications as we are happy to work with you to develop your competence in the role and increase your confidence in the work that we do.

The children and adults we support are individuals and therefore no two days are the same, as a general guide, the role will include support to choose and take part in fun and leisure activities that support well-being and independence.  This can include, cinema, bowling, eating out, sensory, soft play, swimming, arts and crafts, whatever people choose.
