Electro Clean, a fast paced and rapidly growing business founded in March 2020 with the goal to protect and sanitise the country in reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic. Electro Clean use electrostatic technology to spray and sanitise a huge variety of settings from nurseries & nursing homes, to hotels, gyms, charities, salons and more. The nature of the work means you will provide our customers with the highest level of service & communication, as well as huge peace of mind that their business or home is sanitised to a surgical standard.
What is the purpose of the role?
We are looking for either 1 full-time (40 hours per week) Head Cleaning Operative or 2 part-time (20-25 hours per week) Lead Cleaning Operatives to manage, oversee and service a cleaning contract for a leading Wedding Venue in Whitchurch. The venue requires our services 6 days a week between 7am and 1.30pm, therefore 2 part-time lead operatives are preferred to allow for 1 weekend off per month. A full-time head cleaning operative would work 6 days a week, including every weekend, 7am - 1.30pm.
You will directly manage and coordinate a team of 1-2 flexible/casual cleaners to ensure all jobs are completed and the the venue is cleaned and prepared to the highest standard.
If there are 2 part-time Lead Cleaning Operatives, they will be expected to work as a team, organising and coordinating between themselves to ensure all hours are delivered, between 7am and 1.30pm, 6 days per week (including every weekend).
Working directly for Electroclean you will provide a high level of cleaning services to our client, Clock Barn. Set in rural Whitchurch, just north of Winchester, Clock Barn is a beautiful venue and you will be responsible for ensuring their high standards of presentation and cleanliness are met in preparation for their wedding guests!
