Outreach Worker – Community and Home Care - Disabled children and adults - Southampton - £9 - £9.46 per hour (flexible hours)
We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism. We are seeking to recruit a Great Outreach Worker, someone with the right values and attitudes to work in the Community or in a person’s home? – could this be you?
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications as we are happy to work with you to develop your competence in the role and increase your confidence in the work that we do.

The children and adults we support are individuals and therefore no two days are the same, as a general guide, Home Care duties will include, support with personal care needs including Washing dressing and feeding. Community Outreach will include support to choose and take part in fun and leisure activities that support well-being and independence. This can include, cinema, bowling, eating out, sensory, soft play, swimming, whatever people choose.
For this role you need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle to use for work.
