Keyloop have recently acquired, Leeds based business EnquiryMax. They supply software solutions to automotive OEMs and dealership in the UK and Ireland. A superb opportunity has arisen for a Technical Business Analyst to join the successful Automotive Software Development Company.

 

About the role:

Our client are looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst, ideally based in commutable distance from their Leeds City centre office, to join them and help them deliver on software projects in the automotive sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and eliciting project requirements from all stakeholders via meetings, walkthroughs, process mapping and data modelling exercises, etc.
  • Conducting benefit, impact, and feasibility assessment for options to deliver the project and gaining consensus with stakeholders on the recommended solution.
  • Producing technical solution documentation with clear instructions for the developers to deliver the technical aspect of the project requirements. This should be done in close collaboration with the field consultants, developers, and QA resources.
  • Estimating the effort required to deliver a project and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Conducting and supporting internal testing, validation, and client UAT by clarifying the intended functionality and resolving issues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinating project rollout, client signoff and project closure.
  • Assisting in root cause analysis for software defects and managing the project team to resolve issues.
  • Creating functional requirements for internal systems to improve quality and performance.

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience in software solution design
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working within a client focused environment
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting requests
  • Strong communication skills including participating in meetings and walkthroughs
  • Broad knowledge of IT platforms and technologies, including APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Previous experience in writing functional specifications, agile storyboards, use cases etc.
  • SQL and Data analysis experience – Desirable, not essential.
