Customer Sales Agent – Warrington

£18,500 + up to £450 Monthly Bonus (OTE £23,900) + Excellent Benefits

Full Time – Permanent – Shifts between 8am and 8pm, 5 Days a week inc 3 out of 4 Weekends

Do you have experience of working a customer-facing retail or telephone-based role in either a call or contact centre type environment as a customer service adviser or sales adviser?

Do you enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone and helping them with sometimes challenging situations?

 

If so, we are looking for confident individuals to join Direct Sales team of a fantastic financial services company based in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

 

About the company

A leading car finance lender, Go Car Credit were established to help provide finance to buy a car for those who may not be able to obtain credit from a high street bank. They have provided loans for over 100,000 customers so far and are growing very quickly.  They understand that anyone could have problems acquiring credit via a traditional lender, so pride themselves on being different from the traditional banks and payday loan companies by working with customers and understanding their individual circumstances.

 

The business focus is on ethical and responsible lending and putting the customer’s interest at the heart of every decision they make.

 

About the role

Direct Sales Agents ensure that both new and existing customers know about Go Car Credit products and services. You will be making outbound calls to reach out to these customers, so confidence and a proactive attitude is key.

 

Training can be provided for the right candidate with a great attitude and work ethic. You will be speaking with customers who have made enquiries about Go Car Credit products, so this is a warm conversation with a customer who has already registered their interest.

 

You will be:

  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service and achieving results through doing the right thing for the customer.
  • Outbound calling to customers introduced from brokers/direct marketing.
  • Increasing customer retention by contacting existing customers to promote car finance renewal.
  • Building rapport with customers maintaining a friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
  • Passionately demonstrating excellent product knowledge and provide customers with all relevant information.
  • Confidently handling customer objections through effective questioning, establishing customer needs and offering a tailored solution
  • Gathering information from customers to establish their eligibility/suitability for our products.

 

This role offers a mixture of home and office working with a 2/3 day split available once training is completed.

 

The working hours will be 37.5 across five days of the week. Go Car Credit operate between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday including bank holidays and Saturdays 9am – 5pm, so you will be expected to be available to work shifts within these hours.
