Flexi Resourcer – Winchester - £9-£12 per hour DOE

Flexible / Freelance contract / Part-time or Full-time hours

Are you looking for a flexible role based in the Winchester area (with remote working available)?

Do you have a background in Recruitment, HR, Customer Service, or a People focused type role?

Are you an organised self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner?

If so, we are looking to further build our team of flexible Resourcers to join us on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be focused on helping our customers hire new staff and deliver an outstanding recruitment service in a fast-paced fun environment.

This role would suit an experienced recruiter/resourcer or those new to the industry, however if you have a background in B2B client services, customer service, hospitality, or maybe you are a mum or dad looking for flexible work around childcare, then we would be happy to consider candidates with the right core skills and attributes.

The role

You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and resourcers to find the best candidates for our customers vacancies.  We have an induction and training programme that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to source and to telephone interview the best people for our roles. 

You will learn all about the vacancies and the clients so that you can confidently talk to people about their experience to date and what their career aspirations are.

You will make a difference to the candidate experience and find new jobs for people, this makes this role such a rewarding one and would be a great introduction to the wonderful world of recruitment.  As we grow we will need to build our team so if this role is your dream job there is the potential for this role to eventually become a full time permanent role.

 

Skills, Experience & Attitude Required

To be successful in this role you will be organised and customer focused but the skills below are required along with these:

  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Confidence when using IT systems as we use a lot of technology to help us deliver our services
  • Ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent telephone, face to face and written communication skills
