The Role

Working on an exclusive basis for our clients you will be responsible for working closely with our Operations manager, resourcers and account managers to find the best candidates for our customers vacancies. We are looking for a responsible, internally driven recruiter who cares deeply about clients and is willing to evolve transactional and tactical recruitment through to solid relationships with their customers. Over time, the right freelance/flexible recruiters will be given the opportunity to develop day-to-day relationships with new and established client stakeholders.

Armed with a purpose-built recruiting platform and access to multiple job boards and databases, you will be supported with the tools to succeed. We have an induction and training programme that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to recruit smarter, the Finda way.

This role is available for local or remote workers and flexible home-working is available.

 

Your experience will include:

• Recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, RPO or In-house Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Role.
• Strong IT and computer skills, able to work quickly and pick systems up fast.
• Strong decision-making skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• The ability to understand and contextualise job details and requirements in a wide rang of sectors.
• Ability to act on own initiative and to develop innovative ways to succeed
• Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Customer-focused team player with the ability to absorb complex information quickly.
