Outbound & Inbound Call Centre Agent

We are looking for a passionate salesperson to come and join our lively sales team at Go Car Credit in Birchwood Park Warrington

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders. We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit.

The Role

  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service and achieving results through doing the right thing for the customer.
  • Outbound calling to customers introduced from brokers/direct marketing.
  • Increasing customer retention by contacting existing customers to promote car finance renewal.
  • Building rapport with customers maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional telephone manner.
  • Passionately demonstrating excellent product knowledge and provide customers with all relevant information.
  • Confidently handling customer objections through effective questioning, establishing customer needs, and offering a tailored solution
  • Gathering information from customers to establish their eligibility/suitability for our products.

 

This role offers a mixture of home and office working with a 2/3 day split available once training is completed.

 

The working hours will be 37.5 across five days of the week. Go Car Credit operate between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday including bank holidays and Saturdays 9am – 5pm, so you will be expected to be available to work shifts within these hours.

 

The Right Person:
We are looking for a passionate, target driven dynamic Go Car representative, with the
ability to be versatile and willing to learn and apply and wants to help their customers throughout their buying processes.

  • Confident, proactive, and passionate, resilient and have a great attitude and work ethic
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment within a small team
  • Sub-prime hire-purchase motor finance, other regulated environments, or other types of finance
  • Previous experience from hospitality backgrounds or sales!
  • Previous experience in a telephone- based role (call centre)
