We are looking for an experienced Collections Agent to join our lively team at Go Car Credit in Birchwood Park Warrington

 The Role:

 

Go Car’s customers are just like any of us – they are friends, neighbours, aunties, and uncles.  The business core behaviours ensure they are responsible and treat customers fairly, supportively, and that they’re always straightforward with them. Therefore, as well as collections experience, a drive to work with customers is key and for those who have the skills to achieve both of those things, there is a role for you at Go Car Credit.

 

Every day is different, and you’ll be responsible for managing the collections process from the beginning to the end, recovering arrears via telephone and email and rehabilitating customers through agreeing payment arrangements whilst maintaining our agreement in accordance with FCA guidelines.

 

 

This role offers a mixture of home and office working with a 2/3 day split available once training is completed.

 

Working hours are shifted on rota either 8am- 4pm or 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

 Opportunity to hit your KPI’s and get that extra bonus with working the last Saturday of every month 9am-1pm.

 

The right Customer Collections Associate

Go Car are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Collections Associate who can be versatile and willing to learn, who will help their customers throughout their agreement life cycle.

• Confident, proactive, and passionate, resilient and have a great attitude and work ethic
• Enjoy talking to customers, building rapport with empathy and have a genuine desire to help people, sometimes in challenging situations
• Professional telephone manner or all-round verbal and written communication skills
• Are you IT literate, with good numeracy and a keen eye for detail?
• Do you like to be busy, like to multitask and enjoy working in teams?
  
  Your work experience should include:

 

• Business to customer collection experience
• Consumer debt collection experience
• Subprime hire-purchase motor finance, other regulated environments, or other types of finance
