We are looking for the right person to join the Customer Service team at Go Car Credit in Birchwood Park Warrington.

What we do?

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders. We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit.

We decided to develop Go Car Credit as we understand anyone could have problems getting credit via traditional banks. The primary focus is ethical and responsible lending and treating customers fairly, which forms our core values.

We want to provide those with impaired credit profiles the green light to enable them to walk on to a dealer’s forecourt with confidence, helping them get behind the wheel in no time.  We want our customers to feel excited about the car buying process not stressed or anxious.

The Role

You will work alongside various departments but more importantly you will be the first point of contact for their customers.

Your day to day will be managing incoming calls from customers with queries, redirecting them to necessary departments, taking payments and there may be the odd difficult complaint to manage well

Update systems, use of internal CRM systems, excel databases, and liaise with other departments to providing excellent customer service.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm NO WEEKENDS

The Right person:

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Go Car representative, with the ability to be versatile and willing to learn and apply and wants to help their customers throughout their buying processes.

• Confident, proactive, and passionate, resilient and have a great attitude and work ethic
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and ability to pick up systems quickly
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment within a small team
• Financial service/ data entry experience is a bonus!
• You may have a customer administration support background or
• Sub-prime hire-purchase motor finance, other regulated environments, or other types of finance
