Saturday Patch Administrator - Valleyserve Ltd - Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Salary: £9.62 per hour Saturday Shift- 09:00 – 17:00

Are you flexible, adaptable and a natural team player?

If so, Dyno are recruiting for a new Patch Administrator.  You will be a vital part of the team ensuring all jobs are completed within specified timeframes while providing excellent customer service.  You will liaise with plumbers and plan their routes to ensure they are utilized effectively; Update customers, confirm appointments and keep them informed of any delays.  You will be calm under pressure and take ownership of the customer experience.

The Role

Your main function will centre on communication with our customers throughout the day to ensure outstanding customer service; Liaising with plumbers and keeping accurate records to ensure all jobs are completed within the specified time frame; Providing relevant customer and service information to the plumbers prior to their arrival at the job.
