Customer Acquisitions Agent (Part Time) – Warrington - Hybrid Working (Home/Office)
20 hours per week to include Saturdays (Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8pm)

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders. We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit.

The Role
You will work in the fast-paced and lively customer acquisitions team to help customers secure the car they are looking for. You will process customer applications for credit as well as talking customers through the buying process and assessing their income and expenditure to ensure they can afford the finance.
Additionally, you will update systems and liaise with car dealerships to ensure buying a car is a smooth and enjoyable process, from beginning to end.
This role includes lots of verbal and written communication with customers as well as video calls with car buyers to confirm their identity. You will also update and maintain records using various systems and ensure our high compliance standards are maintained.
