Are you looking for a brand new challenge as a Dispatch Coordinator based in Darwen, Lancashire for a reputable and successful company? Do you have experience in a role such as Dispatch Coordinator, Office Administrator or any admin role?

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to come and join our team based in Darwen. If you are an excellent communicator looking for a change then we want to hear from you!

 

The Role:

  • As a Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries.
  • You will be responsible for receiving calls from our customers and handling their requests.
  • Taking jobs and booking them onto our D365 planning system.
  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating a team of field-based service engineers to ensure works received are allocated to them correctly and completed within the required timescales.
  • You will also act as the point of contact to support the engineers to ensure they are able to complete their jobs successfully.
  • In addition you will undertake a variety of administration duties to allow the daily operations to run smoothly.

  • Ability to manage customers expectations on all levels
  • Ability to react quickly to daily operational challenges
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel)
