We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as an Outreach- Day Service Worker in Southampton. The ideal candidate will love to make a difference to peoples lives and have a passion for the Disabilities and Education sector of health and social care. You will be responsible for supporting the care needs as well as emotional needs of the individuals that use our service.     

What we do:  

The Rose Road Association are a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.  You can find out more about us here www.roseroad.org.uk  

Our Day Services offer support to young adults who are individuals and therefore no two days are the same, as a general guide, duties will include, support with personal care needs, including feeding, medication, as well as help to take part in a wide range of interests and activities that support wellbeing and independence, such as accessing the community, sensory activities, baking, crafts, and much more depending on what people choose. We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals who have the ability to support all members of the team. You will have good organisational, communication and written skills.
