Graduate/Trainee Resourcer / Recruiter Role

Our Resourcing Graduate / Trainee will be purely focused on Resourcing, Administration, Customer Service and Recruitment activity. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their requirements then work hard to deliver the candidates they require. This is a very customer service and administration focused role with opportunities for progression into account management, customer experience and team management over time and as you demonstrate your growing skills.

Skills, Experience & Attitude Required

To be successful in this Graduate role you will be organised and customer focused but the skills below are required along with these:

  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent Telephone, Face to Face and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong drive to succeed and deliver results

The role is full time and remote based with an occasional need to visit our offices in Romsey.
