About the Business
A leading car finance lender, Go Car Credit were established to help provide finance to buy a car for those who may not be able to obtain credit from a high street bank.

They have provided loans for over 100,000 customers so far and are growing very quickly.  They understand that anyone could have problems acquiring credit via a traditional lender, so pride themselves on being different from the traditional banks and payday loan companies by working with customers and understanding their individual circumstances.

The Customer Acquisitions Role

You will work in the very busy customer acquisitions team to help customers secure the car they are looking for. You will process customer applications for credit as well as talking customers through the buying process and assessing their affordability to ensure they can afford the finance. Additionally, you will update systems and liaise with car dealerships to ensure buying a car is a smooth and enjoyable process, from beginning to end.

This is a fast-paced role with a big customer focus and requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems. You will be aiming to help customers process car finance applications through to completion and will be targeted on sign-ups per month so a proactive attitude will be required.

This role includes lots of verbal and written communication with customers so excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.. You will also update and maintain records using various systems and ensure our high compliance standards are maintained.

The Customer Acquisitions role is a full-time position based at our Warrington office and a combination of home working and office working will be expected.

The working hours will be 37.5 across five days of the week. We operate seven days a week. Monday – Fridays 9am-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 10am-4pm, typically working 3 out of 4 weekends.

Key knowledge, skills and attitudes required:

  • Ideally previous experience in a customer service role (retail, hospitality etc) 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident using computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of work
  • Team player who is happy helping both customers and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Are able to develop themselves and make suggestions about improving the way we do business
