Are you looking for a brand new challenge as a Drainage Supervisor based in Knowsley for a reputable and successful company?

We are looking for a Drainage Supervisor to come and join our team based in Knowsley. If you are an excellent communicator looking for a change then we want to hear from you!

 

The Role:

• Support with the Management and Leadership of operational Drainage team
• Liaise with other departments/colleagues/clients, and assist in the planning of all jobs within the business
• Ensure operations are carried out on time and within budget
• Ensure our client requirements are met
• Maintain records of Fleet and Vehicles
• Maintain safety records in the workplace
• Ensure daily checks comply with current regulatory legislations and legal rules are followed
• Manage your department’s costs within the business
• Disciplinary and Recruitment of Staff
• Manage workforce skillset and identify training needs
• Any other duties within reason for the good of the business

• Experienced drainage supervisor
• Full UK driving license with less than 6 points
