Groundwork Labourer / Drainage Labourer - Darwen

Hourly rate £10.45 p/h + Overtime

We are looking for Groundwork Labourer / Drainage Labourer to come and join our team working in Blackburn and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a hands-on background such a groundworks, labourer, roadworks to learn a new skill and trade with the opportunity to be promoted within a successful and dynamic company then we want to hear from you! 

This role will be popular, and with immediate start date available, you do not want to miss out!

The Role:

• To assist the Excavations Engineer in carrying out remedial works
• This would involve Digging, Manual handling and General Labourer duties
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm + Overtime available (possible weekend work)

What we are looking for:

• A valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be confident and have good communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team and when required under your own initiative
