Customer Service Advisor – Southampton – Full Time - ££17,000 + Excellent Benefits

A leading outsourcing company are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Inbound Service team. Our leading outsourcing company is one of the UK’s leading multi-channel service providers. We handle over 70 million calls, digitise 25 million customer correspondence documents and process £15 billion of electronic payments every year. If you get a call at home from an energy provider for example, there’s a one in three chance it’s us, if you get a parking fine in London, we’ll be the ones processing the payments. The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working in a busy call centre environment on behalf of one of the UK’s leading energy providers. You will be providing high-level service to customers over the phone, efficiently completing customer requests and giving accurate information whilst taking the opportunity to cross-sell all available products. You are not required to have previous customer service experience, but you will need to be customer focused, dedicated and passionate.
