Assistant Store Manager – Windsor

Pandora had been looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Windsor for a couple of months. The position was paying £28k + bonus and they need to find someone with previous luxury goods or jewellery retail experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role. Windsor is a notoriously difficult place to recruit this type of role due to its location and high net worth local population.

We advertised this role initially hopping to catch a candidate who would apply but this drew a blank. The store manager had also instructed a recruitment agency to try and source candidates but this also didn’t find them the candidate they needed. We talked about options with the HR team and decided that they had time available to telephone screen candidates but lacked the CV sourcing tools we had. Therefore we ran a series of searches across the job boards and presented a list of candidate who might be suitable for the role. From this batch of CV’s the internal HR team called candidates and eventually spoke to a fantastic candidate who was offered the role.

The work involved in this process and outcomes were as follows:

1 Advert

7 hrs of Resourcing Time

Total Cost = £998

Recruitment Agency Equivalent Costs = £2,800
