2 X Client Services Representative – Bristol

Sanlam were looking for 2 Client Services Representatives to join the team based in Bristol. These people support Sanlam Investors with a range of customer service type tasks and some investment administration. Sanlam look for very good customer service skills as well as some experience and knowledge of at least 1 financial services product. These roles pay £20-24k depending on the candidate’s experience.

Our work was to attract suitable candidates through job advertising and CV search activity on the job board databases. We then spoke to potential candidates on the telephone and engaged them in the process and ensured they knew who Sanlam were and why they are a great business to join. If candidates wanted to apply for the role after this call, we put them through an online behavioural assessment to see how they matched to the jobs benchmark set by the client using our technology. After this had been completed the candidates CV, Test Scores and Telephone Coversheets were submitted to the client for review if we felt they were a good match for the role. Most candidates presented to the client were invited to face to face interviews arranged by us.

From the 8 interviews arranged, 2 offers were made and accepted. However, one of these candidates later withdrew but a 3rd silver medallist candidate from those already met was offered and accepted the role filling both positions. The work involved in this process and outcomes were as follows:
