Facilities Administrator – Basingstoke

Unum were looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team based in Basingstoke. They wanted someone who had good administration skills as well as hands on experience of basic facilities tasks such as gardening, changing light bulbs, basic plumbing etc. The salary for this role was Up to £25k.

The team at Unum had available time to manage the recruitment process with this one so wanted us to support with candidate attraction only. We knew the best option to deliver a steady flow of candidates for this type of role was to simply place a job advert for them across all the major job boards and for us to upload CV’s we had screened into their ATS so they could continue the process from there. We drafted a Search Engine Optimised job advert and posted this onto Reed, CV-Library, Jobsite, Totaljobs, Finda and Indeed branded as Unum. This resulted in 24 suitable candidates being added to their ATS and a successful hire for the role.
