I’m Mike, founder and CEO of Finda Professional Services Ltd.
I absolutely love recruitment, the buzz you get when helping companies find amazing people and candidates find ideal jobs is unbeatable.
I started finda because I felt there was a real need to find a way for companies to hire staff through a 3rd party supplier which wasn’t focused on a huge bounty placed on a candidate’s head. I truly feel that recruitment should be a professional service where customers pay a fair price for access to the time and technology of the recruitment partners they work with. At finda we call ourselves Virtual Recruitment Partners because we harness the power of technology but don’t forget the importance of the human element in recruitment which takes lots of time and skill to do well. I want to help as many businesses as possible improve the quality of the hires they make and save money compared to Recruitment Agencies or RPO’s.
Outside of work I am a huge sports fan, I spend most weekends watching live sport of some kind and I actively participate in cricket, football and golf regularly. I also love to take walks with my Shelti Momo around the Hampshire countryside.
