The Company:

Kenda offers customised solutions and special products for the Electricity Supply Industry including hardware, software and panel building using their comprehensive range of Metering Data Collection Equipment. Kenda also offers a range of high quality Instrumentation for Data Acquisition and Recording as well as a subcontract design and manufacturing service for custom electronic products and OEM production of special interfaces.

The Role:

• Developing and implementing safety programmes
• Conducting risk assessments thoroughly and reporting findings.
• Ensure ISO accredited Quality System is in operation.
• Manage audits by external accreditors and client appointed organisations.
• Perform management and product audits to ensure conformance to and effectiveness of the Quality System.
• Monitor and liaise with the Production Manager/ suppliers/ customers on specific quality matters.
• Administer supply chain selection, management and review.
• Investigating any incidents and accidents.

What we are looking for:

• IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Quality Management diploma is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with a problem solving approach.
• In depth knowledge of H&S Regulations, Risk Assessments.
