Full Time – Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours
Do you have experience of working in a car dealership and enjoy the systems side of things or have you delivered Systems / Technical / Application Support to clients using CRM / ERP / Business Systems before?
If so, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
You will support users of a specialist ERP system used by car dealerships in an application support environment. You’ll enjoy problem solving, delighting customers and are looking to be part of a global company who really invests in your training and future.
You will also be pleased to know, this opportunity offers standard office hours Monday to Friday, so no more weekends, late shifts or on call rotas!
Let’s tell you a bit more about the role…
You will take direct ownership of systems related issues, providing technical support and solutions for customers and users, via phone or webchat, this may be specific to a certain module within the product or for an assigned or dedicated client account.
In this Car Dealership Systems Support role, you will become an expert in all things relating to the various modules of the ERP system including sales, service, parts, accounts, marketing etc.
We want you to use your analytical and technical mind to troubleshoot and solve customer problems within the System and ERP products provided to customers.
You won’t be alone either, our teams work collaboratively, a positive and friendly working environment is at the core of the business.
What we need from you…
Ideally, you’ll have Helpdesk or Application Support experience, however this isn’t essential if you have a keen interest and good knowledge of IT & computer systems. Experience of working in a car dealership or within the automotive industry or motor trade would be a great advantage too, this may have been as a parts advisor /parts manager, service advisor / service manager or you may even have some experience of using the Autoline Drive system!
You’ll get superb training to set you up for success so with a bit of technical knowledge and the right customer service style we can make you a fantastic Car Dealership Systems Support specialist.
The most important things we look for is you to be analytical, technically minded, a problem solver and team player with excellent communication and people skills.
