Who you will be joining?

What is the purpose of the role?

The current pandemic meant all our customers placed a freeze on recruitment and our revenues disappeared overnight. The purpose of this role is to navigate the business out of the current situation by supporting our customers who are now starting to recruit again but also identify opportunities for growth. Our unique platform and service is more relevant now than ever where recruitment teams have been stripped to the bare bones. It’s the ideal time for organisations to work with a flexible 3rd party like Finda who can deliver cost effective and transparent recruitment services for almost any kind of organisation. What skills and experience do you need?

To be successful in this Recruitment Business Manager role you will need to have a wealth of experience in recruitment, different recruitment technologies and volume vs technical recruitment projects.

Alongside your recruitment and talent acquisition experience we’re looking for you to seize this opportunity and throw yourself in 100% by treating this as your own business. You will be given the autonomy to run the business, so you need to be customer focused, decisive, self-motivated and extremely driven to make your mark.

You will be given the opportunity to own part of the business so being a business owner and taking on the responsibilities which go with that are a must.

You will work tirelessly to help your customers find a better way to hire by using our services.
