Who you will be joining?

Electro Clean, a fast paced and rapidly growing business founded in March 2020 with the goal to protect and sanitise the country in reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic. Electro Clean use electrostatic technology to spray and sanitise a huge variety of settings from nurseries & nursing homes, to hotels, gyms, charities, salons and more. Our mission is to keep as many people protected as possible and give them the much-needed peace of mind that their business or home is sanitised to a surgical standard.

What is the purpose of the role?

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales & Business Development person to help us work towards our goal of sanitising every surface in the country.  You will be spreading the word of our amazing technology to prospective businesses, generating leads and contributing to ElectroCleans already growing business. You will strive to exceed sales targets & love negotiating contracts and talking to potential customers and franchisees about our services. The role will require you to drive to prospective customers and carry out demonstrations of our service in the hopes of securing a contract. You will also help onboard and train new customers and franchisees, meaning this is a really varied opportunity and not like a standard sales role at all.

What skills and experience do you need?

The Sales & Business Development position requires you to have some level of experience in a sales role, whether that’s in retail, telesales, business development, events, car sales, estate agency or any other type of sales focused job. The following skills and general experience are what we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills so you can represent ElectroClean to a high standard
  • A passion for what we do and the ability to speak confidently about our service to prospects both face to face and on the phone
  • A full UK driving license
  • The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Naturally inquisitive nature to uncover customer challenges and find solutions
  • Tenacious but considerate in the pursuit of sales targets
  • Excellent teamwork and strong desire to play a key role in a growing business
