If so, we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our fantastic team in Birchwood Park, Warrington. This Customer Service Agent job is all about providing excellent service and helping people through the whole process of buying a car with finance and making sure they can afford the repayments. You will be the point of contact between customers and car dealers to help the purchase run smoothly and ensuring all administration and compliance documents are completed properly. It is a fast-paced role, so we need people who are happy to work hard but also pay attention to detail and maintain our systems and processes with the correct customer information.

This role does involve shift and weekend working on a rota basis where you will work 2-3 weekend shifts a month. Full-time applicants must be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday. You will only work 37.5 hours spread across 5 days a week with a day off in the week when doing weekends.
We also have part time hours available for evening and weekend work so if you are only looking for limited hours either in the evening between 4pm & 8pm or at the weekends this is a great role for you.
