Stock & Customer Service Assistant

We are recruiting for a full time 37.5hours Stock & Customer Service Assistant at our Burrells Head Office in Winchester.

Burrells/SWAG Jewellers have over 40 years’ experience as a jewellery retailer. Burrells is a franchise partner to Pandora UK, and currently operate 18 Pandora Concept Stores, 2 independent luxury jewellery boutiques and our website.

Due to our rural location situated 10 minutes from the centre of Winchester, the successful candidate will be required to drive to work however some elements of the role will include remote home working.

Main roles & responsibilities:

• Processing outgoing and incoming stock;
• Picking and packing stock transfers to Pandora Stores;
• Supporting web sales to include wrapping and posting to customers;
• Web admin, to include using the Shopify system and our internal stock systems;
• Stock Handling, Source stock for customer orders
• Speak directly with customers via telephone/emails to include our live website chat;
• Customer service to support with enquiries; 
• Monitor customer feedback & review through the Feefo system;

The ideal candidate

It is recommended the ideal candidate is to have customer service experience, able to work independently and use own initiative.  You will be part of a small team, therefore strong communications and able to adapt quickly to areas of the role as required is essential.  A passion for jewellery is desirable.
