The Role

As a Dyno Plumber, you will be carrying out all types of plumbing work, including reactive plumbing,

repairs, maintenance, and installation safely in customer’s homes. You will be delivering a first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business, remaining committed to treating customers fairly.

 

What Dyno are looking for:

You will be a qualified plumber (S/NVQ3 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing, or similar) with confidence and creditability with effective customer relationship and communication skills. You will be flexible and available for on-call rota every 4 weeks.

 

To be right for this role you will have:

• Competency in the safe operation of all necessary plant and equipment.
• Current full manual driving licence valid for use within the UK.
• Knowledge of domestic maintenance plumbing.
• Computer literacy to operate tablet computer.
• Commercial know-how: Managing for value, understanding customers, Problem solving to diagnose the defect.
• Product promotion and selling skills.
• Numerical skills to calculate customer bills.
• Ability to prioritise deliverable and plan accordingly.

 

What's in it for you?

Basic salary is £24k per annum and in addition you will be able to increase earning potential through “out of hours” pay, commission on up-sales, and company bonus scheme. A realist OTE for this role would be £30k.
