We are looking for a passionate and motivated Individual to come and join the team at The Rose Road Association, a Registered Charity providing essential Care and Support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.

What we do:

We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.  We are seeking to recruit a Great Support Worker, someone with the right values and attitudes to work in our Overnight Respite facility in Southampton 

The role:

The children and adults we support are individuals and therefore no two days are the same, as a general guide, duties will include, support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of interests and activities that support wellbeing and independence, such as sensory, swimming, baking, crafts, movies and much more depending on what people choose 

*We do not require your to have experience or qualifications, we can provide full training and development for you! We are looking for people who are motivated, care and who match our values!
