Aftersales Agent (Complaints) - Motor Finance

£20,000-£24,000 p/a + 10% Bonus + Benefits – Hybrid working

NO WEEKEND WORKING - Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

We are looking for the right person to join the Aftersales Team at Go Car Credit ltd in Birchwood Park Warrington.

If you are an experienced complaints handler, have worked in finance or and FCA regulated environment, dealt with after sales or complaints regarding financial agreements and looking for a new challenge where everyday is different and have the passion, motivation and drive to match then this is the job for you!

 

What we do?

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders. We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit.

We decided to develop Go Car Credit as we understand anyone could have problems getting credit via traditional banks. The primary focus is ethical and responsible lending and treating customers fairly, which forms our core values.

We want to provide those with impaired credit profiles the green light to enable them to walk on to a dealer’s forecourt with confidence, helping them get behind the wheel in no time.  We want our customers to feel excited about the car buying process not stressed or anxious.

We focus on ethical and responsible lending and place the customer’s interest at the heart of every decision they make. We are responsible, treat customers fairly, supportive and are always straightforward with them.

The Role

You will work alongside various departments but more importantly you will be responsible for managing the company’s complaints process from the beginning to the end when a customer complaint meets the FCA and CRA guidelines.

• Thoroughly investigate customer complaints and work to find a solution timely and effectively
• Build a strong rapport quickly, creating trust between yourself and the customer
• Build relationships with our dealer networks to resolve customer complaints
• Take ownership for each case and see it through to the end
• Follow through all processes with attention to detail

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 2 days office based 3 days working from home - NO WEEKENDS

The Right person:

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Go Car representative, with the ability to be versatile and willing to learn and apply and wants to help their customers throughout their buying and complaints processes.

• Confident, proactive, and passionate, resilient and have a great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to be impartial in customer situations and use initiative
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and ability to pick up systems quickly
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment within a small team
• Strong negotiation skills
