Weekend Activity Leader – Southampton -  £12.78 per hour  - Saturdays

What we do:

We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism. 

The Role:

To coordinate activities in a safe and stimulating environment out of school hours in accordance with The Association’s policies, the Children Act 1989 and ensure young people achieve the 5 outcomes of Every Child Matters. To lead the Saturday club for children & young people between the ages of 6 to 18yrs.  To plan & co-ordinate all activities within a safe & stimulating environment in accordance with the Rose Road Association policies & procedures. To rota, supervise & direct a small staff team to provide a high-quality provision.  To carry out administration including planning sessions, managing petty cash, card account & reporting & recording.

Salary:                         £12.78 per hour

Hours:                         Saturdays and some School Holiday hours available
