Registered Nurse – Southampton - £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Up to 37hrs per week, may include some evenings and weekends plus occasional waking nights

The Rose Road Association is a Registered Charity dedicated to providing essential care and support services in Southampton. Our primary focus is on assisting children and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or autism.

The Rose Road Association is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide support for the care needs of individuals in our overnight Respite Centre and Community-based Services. You will play a vital role in training and mentoring staff, conducting ongoing assessments, developing personalised care programs, assisting individuals with diverse needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or HE degree in Nursing and being registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council are necessary for this role.
  • Prior experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and written skills.
